1. Who we are

This website and the products sold on it are operated by Bernths Marketing (CVR 34844801), Hestehøjvej 64, 5260 Odense S, Denmark. You can reach us at hello@aibernth.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bernths Marketing.

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational materials — guides, templates, checklists and prompts that teach a method for building a first AI-assisted digital product. The materials are for information and education only. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

3. No income or results guarantee

We do not guarantee any income, sales, business results or financial outcome. Any examples or figures are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market demand and many factors outside our control.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The The Digital Dad Product System is offered at $27. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable taxes (such as EU VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed you receive immediate access to download the materials. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your files.

6. Right of withdrawal & refunds (digital products)

For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly agree that we begin delivery as soon as your purchase is complete, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access or download has begun (EU Consumer Rights Directive; Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18(2)(13)).

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If a product is faulty, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us at hello@aibernth.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

7. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or claim authorship of the materials. All content, text and templates remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts.
