1. Data controller

The data controller for this website is Bernths Marketing (CVR 34844801), Hestehøjvej 64, 5260 Odense S, Denmark. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@aibernth.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need:

  • Lead form: your email address, first name (optional), your selected goal, and basic campaign parameters (UTM tags) if present.
  • Purchases: when you buy, Stripe processes your payment and we store an order record (email, amount, currency, status, Stripe reference). We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: standard server and security logs from our hosting provider. Analytics and any cookies will be added later with a separate consent banner.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

  • To deliver the free blueprint and send related emails — based on your consent (which you can withdraw anytime).
  • To deliver and support a product you purchased — based on performance of a contract.
  • To keep the service secure and improve it — based on our legitimate interests.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations.

4. Who processes your data

We use trusted providers who act as our processors:

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Supabase — database for lead and order records.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • An email service provider — for delivering and sending emails (added soon).

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep lead data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law (in Denmark, typically 5 years).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@aibernth.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk), or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site currently uses only what is necessary to function. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner.
