Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller for this website is Bernths Marketing (CVR 34844801), Hestehøjvej 64, 5260 Odense S, Denmark. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@aibernth.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need:

  • Lead form: your email address, first name (optional), selected goal, source and basic campaign parameters (UTM tags) if present.
  • Purchases: Stripe processes your payment and we store an order record containing email, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe reference and product metadata. We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Launch Studio:the experience, audience, desired outcome and tone you submit are sent to Anthropic to generate your offer, product, sales page and campaign files. We record the number of generation credits used on your order, but we do not intentionally store your Studio input or generated output in our own database. Your current draft is stored in your browser's local storage so it can survive a refresh on that device.
  • Technical and analytics data: standard server and security logs from Vercel, plus aggregated page-view information such as page, referrer, approximate location, browser and device. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or create a profile that identifies you across websites.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To deliver the free blueprint and send related emails — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To deliver and support a product you purchased — based on performance of a contract.
  • To generate the Builder output you request — based on performance of our contract with you.
  • To keep the service secure and improve it — based on our legitimate interests.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations.

4. Who processes your data

We use these providers:

  • Vercel — website hosting and privacy-focused web analytics.
  • Supabase — database for lead and order records.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • MailerLite — blueprint delivery, purchase delivery and related emails.
  • Anthropic — AI generation for the buyer-only Launch Studio.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep lead data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law (in Denmark, typically 5 years). We do not intentionally keep Builder inputs or outputs in our own database. Browser drafts remain on that device until its local site data is cleared. Under Anthropic's standard API retention, Studio inputs and outputs can be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days, subject to its policy exceptions and any separate retention agreement.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email hello@aibernth.com.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk), or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential browser functionality, including local storage for your Studio draft, and Vercel Web Analytics, which provides aggregated analytics without third-party cookies. Advertising pixels are disabled. If we later activate advertising or other non-essential tracking that requires consent, we will ask before it loads.
